Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

    • Pre-order: All orders require 2–3 days’ advance notice.

    • Pick-up: Free pick-up is available at our flagship store/pop up event. You will be notified when your order is ready.

    • Tasting event box: Available for pick-up only at the store for €10 per box; delivery is not available for this item.

    • Amsterdam delivery: €5 per order.

    • Outside Amsterdam: Delivery fees are based on PostNL’s standard parcel rates.

Instructions

    1. Prepare Broth

    • Use Blue Blue Hotpot soup base with aromatics like green onion and ginger.
    • Add spicy chili oil to your taste.
    • Bring to a simmer in a wide pot on a portable burner at the table.

    2. Prep Ingredients

    • Soak dry tofu and dry shiitake mushrooms in water for at least 10/15 minutes, until fully rehydrated.
    • Arrange tofu, mushrooms, leafy greens, and noodles on plates.
    • Arrange sliced meats: beef, lamb, pork, and seafood (if selected).
    • Prepare dipping sauces: soy sauce, sesame paste, chili oil, garlic, green onion and coriander (if selected).

    3. Set Up Table

    • Place the simmering pot of broth in the center.
    • Lay out all ingredients and sauces within reach.
    • Give each person chopsticks, a bowl, and a sauce dish.

    4. Cook & Eat

    • Add ingredients to the simmering broth as you eat.
    • Cook meat, seafood, and leafy greenss briefly; cabbage and noodles take a bit longer.
    • Dip cooked food in your sauce and enjoy.

    5. Top Up Broth

    • Add hot water or broth as needed during the meal.
